We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator & Social Media Manager who can bring bold, empowering messaging to life across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, while also supporting broader marketing initiatives for a growing, multi-faceted brand.
About the Brand
This role supports Harmony Legal Group, a Dallas-based law firm focused on estate planning, legacy protection, and helping families stay out of court and conflict. It also supports the personal brand of Attorney Ummi Lawan, a trusted voice in divorce education, women’s empowerment, and generational wealth.
Together, the firm and personal brand sit at the intersection of law, healing, strategy, and transformation — delivering clear legal guidance while helping women reclaim peace, power, and confidence during pivotal life transitions.
What You’ll Do
Social Media and Content Strategy
Develop and execute a short-form video strategy across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Translate key messaging around divorce, financial independence, legal strategy, estate planning, and empowerment into compelling content
Stay ahead of trends, sounds, formats, and algorithm changes
Content Creation and Execution
Write scripts, outlines, and talking points for short-form video
Guide and coach on-camera delivery to ensure clarity, confidence, and authenticity
Edit videos or coordinate with an editor to produce polished, platform-native content
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms
Community and Brand Growth
Monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster a values-aligned community
Create interactive content that encourages conversation and connection
Collaborate closely with the founder to maintain authenticity and strategic alignment
Marketing Coordination
Support broader marketing initiatives including campaigns, webinars, workshops, digital products, and events
Help manage content calendars, posting schedules, and campaign timelines
Track performance metrics and provide insight into what is working and why
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience managing social media and/or marketing for a personal brand, coach, creator, or service-based business
Proven fluency in TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form storytelling
Ability to handle emotionally sensitive topics with empathy and professionalism
Strong video editing skills using CapCut, InShot, Adobe, or similar tools
Excellent written communication and a strong sense of narrative and timing
Highly organized, self-directed, and proactive
Consistent interest in platform trends and audience behavior
Nice to Have
Experience working with legal professionals, coaches, or therapists
Comfort coaching someone on-camera to deliver confidently and clearly
Examples of viral or high-performing content with insight into why it worked
Understanding of storytelling in women’s empowerment and personal growth
